Our newest and most luxurious playhouse model, the Marie, has finally arrived and we officially have it in stock. It has a large 59 SQF indoor floor area for many toys and activities and the 16 SQF mini "Loft" is an added bonus.  Like all of our playhouses, the Marie is designed with safety in mind: Plexiglass windows, inside ladder with grooved anti-slip steps, safety rail, and factory sanded wood surfaces are just some of the features. The floor, wall and roof material are 5/8" thick chemical-free solid Tongue and Groove wood. Not OSB or particle board which warps and breaks if exposed to weather. The factory states that it takes approximately 1-2 full days to assemble this kit. Directions in the form of drawings and a numbered parts list come with the kit. Only minimal tools are needed.

This Playhouse Kit includes all the parts and hardware except the roof shingles and foundation materials. You will need enough shingles to cover 76 sq ft.

Please note that the item you will receive will be a natural untreated wood color and you will have to treat the wood and paint it. Paint and wood treatment, not included. The roof does not include finishing materials and customer will provide felt, drip edge, shingles and / or any other roofing materials.

LEAD TIME

Items are usually shipped 1-2 days after the order. Depending on customer location, delivery time is 5-7 days.

SHIPPING

This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

	Ready-Made Wall Elements - This Palmako playhouse features ready-made wall elements for faster assembly.

	Kit Delivered Unfinished - All Palmako playhouses ship as unfinished kits to be assembled on-site. This keeps the price lower and allows customers to customize everything to their own preferences.

FAQ

1. Regarding the delivery, does it come with a lift gate? Does the delivery person help with unloading the package?

   For smaller products like storage sheds, yes, these will be delivered with a lift gate. The delivery drivers will assist you as much as they can, but they are only required to drop off the package curbside or in the driveway.

   
   
2. Are Foundations, Roofing materials, and paint/stain not included?
   
   Roofing materials and paint/stain are not included in the package. As well as you will need to prepare an appropriate foundation or base, such as concrete, gravel, treated 2x4s, or cinder blocks before delivery.
   
   
3. Does it come with runners and floor joists?
   
   

   Foundation joists are included in all packages. If you have any questions about setting this up, we'll be more than happy to help!

   
   
4. Are roof shingles included?

   Shingles will not be included in the package. However, you can easily find these materials in any local hardware or home improvement store. Providing the square footage of the roof will usually be enough information for the staff to calculate exactly how much you need.

   
   
5. How are the sheds packaged? Do they come in a crate or in a pallet? 
   
   The sheds are wrapped in plastic with straps and will arrive on a pallet. It is important to have a box cutter ready when you are about to open the pallet so it will be easier for you to access the contents.
   
   

6. Is it possible to exclude the floor during the assembly and installation of the shed?

   This is possible, although you should make sure to put a moisture barrier between the walls and the ground. It is not described in the manuals, so you would need to attach the wall elements securely to your provided foundation. However, it is important that all directions start with assembling the provided joists base before any other steps are taken.
