The Palmako 4'x6' Toby wooden playhouse is great for use as a small children's playhouse. The cabin area measures 4'x6' and the porch are adds another 2' making the total play space 6'x6'. Perched on stilts, it gives children an extra adventurous "treehouse" feel with enough room underneath to hang a hammock or set up a sandbox/ play table. Please note that the item you will receive will be a natural untreated wood color and you will have to treat the wood and paint it. Paint and wood treatment, not included. The roof does not include finishing materials and customer will provide felt, drip edge, shingles and / or any other roofing materials. 

SHIPPING/ LEAD TIME

PLEASE NOTE: This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse on an 18 wheeler.  It will be unloaded on a pallet in front of your home.  You will need to set up a time where you will be there for delivery. The truck will have a pallet jack to unload, but NO FORKLIFT.  Please call us if you foresee any delivery issues and we can problem solve them together!

Items are usually shipped 7-10 business days after the order. Depending on customer location, delivery time is 4-5 business days. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns accepted for 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover our processing and shipping costs.

 FAQ's

  1. Regarding the delivery, does it come with a lift gate? Does the delivery person help with unloading the package?

    For smaller products like playhouses, yes, these will be delivered with a lift gate. The delivery drivers will assist you as much as they can, but they are only required to drop off the package curbside or in the driveway.
  2. Are Foundations, Roofing materials, and paint/stain not included?

    Roofing materials and paint/stain are not included in the package. Also you will need to prepare an appropriate foundation or base, such as concrete, gravel, treated 2x4s, or cinder blocks before delivery.
  3. Does it come with runners and floor joists?

    Foundation joists are included in all packages. If you have any questions about setting this up, we'll be more than happy to help!
  4. Are roof shingles included?

    Shingles will not be included in the package. However, you can easily find these materials in any local hardware or home improvement store. Providing the square footage of the roof will usually be enough information for the staff to calculate exactly how much you need.
  5. How are the sheds packaged? Do they come in a crate or in a pallet? 
    The sheds are wrapped in plastic with straps and will arrive on a pallet. It is important to have a box cutter ready when you are about to open the pallet so it will be easier for you to access the contents.

  6. Is it possible to exclude the floor during the assembly and installation of the shed?

    This is possible, although you should make sure to put a moisture barrier between the walls and the ground. It is not described in the manuals, so you would need to attach the wall elements securely to your provided foundation. However, it is important that all directions start with assembling the provided joists base before any other steps are taken.
