Our most popular  model, the 7'x6' Tom Playhouse kit with floor and upstairs loft is perfect for making forever memories with your children.  This unique building will give them years of play with its large 41 sq. ft of playroom that includes a 25 sq. ft. mini loft. The construction is made of 5/8" thick chemical free solid tongue and groove wood to keep your littles happy AND safe. Recommended for children 3 yrs and older with maximum weight of 100 lbs. in the loft. This kit includes all the parts and hardware except the roof shingles, timber protection such as stain or paint, and foundation materials.

Please note that the item you will receive will be a natural untreated wood color and you will have to treat the wood and paint it. Paint and wood treatment, not included. Yo will also need to supply any roofing materials (shingles, etc.) that you want.

LEAD TIME/SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: This structure will ship via LTL freight directly from the warehouse on an 18 wheeler.  It will be unloaded on a pallet in front of your home.  You will need to set up a time where you will be there for delivery. The truck will have a pallet jack to unload, but NO FORKLIFT.  Please call us if you foresee any delivery issues and we can problem solve them together!

Items are usually shipped 7-10 business days after the order. Depending on customer location, delivery time is 4-5 business days. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available. When your order arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, the dispatcher there will call you to set up the delivery appointment, usually for the next day or whenever is convenient for you.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns accepted for 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover our processing and shipping costs.
